In addition ot being a culinary combatant on the Food Network™ program Iron Chef America, Mario has appeared on dozens of network and local news, cooked on talk shows from Good Morning America to The Late Show with David Letterman, and has been featured in scores of publications, including an award-winning profile in The New Yorker, the first chef-driven cover story ever in Gourmet Magazine and too many newspaper and magazine features to recount.
He has rung the opening bell at the American Stock Exchange on national TV, cooked up a storm at the Cannes Film Festival, and waved the honorary green flag at the NASCAR Pocono 500.
